Alpine herbal full body massage
For this classic treatment, we use only 100% natural products that are optimally adapted to your individual skin needs. Valuable local plants, such as arnica or St. John's wort, also stone pine or propolis, become a first-class care therapy. Nettle compress & massage
The stinging nettle has an energetic effect in various directions. Often only regarded as a weed, we use this wonderful plant. Freshly harvested from our garden, we make a decoction from it. A warm compress is made from the nettle pulp and the decoction. The compress is said to promote blood circulation, has a relaxing effect on the muscles and has a calming effect on eczema or skin irritations. In addition to many other positive properties, nettles are said to have a cleansing and metabolism-stimulating effect. Wrap up warm and relax in peace. You will then be pampered with a back massage. After the treatment, we serve you a fresh cup of nettle tea to enhance the effect.

Cupping massage
Cupping releases deep tensions and adhesions on the fasciae and stimulates blood circulation and lymph flow. Goat butter wrap with olive oil and aloe vera & massage
