It is the epitome of deep relaxation. This full body massage is one of the most beneficial and effective forms of treatment in Ayurvedic health teachings. By stroking towards the center of the body, energy is returned to the body. Another positive effect of Abhyanga is the comprehensive cleansing and liberating effect and the strengthening of the immune system. Body and mind achieve deep relaxation on the way to inner and outer harmony. The warm sesame oil penetrates deep into the skin and ensures a healthy and beautiful complexion. In addition, this is a very effective way to reduce stress, stimulate the functioning of our organs and promote a good night's sleep.

Warming Ayurvedic massage of the complete legs is wonderfully relaxing. This treatment can promote the removal of lymphatic fluid. It helps to let go of restlessness and can relieve headaches and sleep disorders.

The Lomi Lomi Nui full body massage is an interplay of wave-shaped strokes and deep muscle relaxation.
