Garshan massage describes a treatment performed with special massage gloves made of raw silk. It is subject to Ayurvedic teachings and belongs to the classic dry massages. The massage is characterized by a warming exfoliating effect caused by the silk gloves. Garshan treatment stimulates microcirculation. It has a great influence on the cardiovascular system as well as the lymphatic flow and supports the reduction of waste products.

The ideal treatment for tense muscles

Moor is rich in minerals and numerous other ingredients. Deep warmth is achieved through the warm mud pillow pack. It promotes blood circulation and metabolism and relaxes the muscles. The different sizes of our moor pillows mean that different parts of the body can be treated. The massage will be tailored specifically to your needs and then you can relax in the wonderful warmth of the mud packs. (Partial body treatment).
