Ear candle treatment with face and head massage
Burning the ear candles creates a gentle negative pressure in the ear canal. The stinging nettle has an energetic effect in various directions. Often only regarded as a weed, we use this wonderful plant. Freshly harvested from our garden, we make a decoction from it. A warm compress is made from the nettle pulp and the decoction.
